Key responsibilities include operating as a business owner and fostering a team environment, instilling an effective client-centric and risk culture in the center, and helping clients achieve the financial goals. Job expectations include ensuring operational excellence and cohesive effectiveness.</p><p></p><p><b>**This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.**</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Develops talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates</li><li>Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients, and fostering client retention</li><li>Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching</li><li>Creates a world class client experience environment</li><li>Manages market-level initiative prescribed by market leaders</li><li>Drives operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy</li><li>Manages organizational priorities and effective execution</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Managerial Responsibilities:</b><br>This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
