Remote work options in the US may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.Key Responsibilities:As a trusted finance partner, you will take charge of end-to-end finance support for multiple Ottava teams, encompassing:<ul><li>Period Close Activities: Ensure timely and accurate financial closure.</li><li>Budget Forecasting: Drive financial forecasts and Budget Planning.</li><li>Financial Submissions: Collaborate with the FP&A consolidation team for essential financial submissions.</li><li>Performance Analysis: Provide insights through monthly Budget vs. Actual (BVA) reviews, tracking risks and opportunities.</li><li>Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between business unit partners and teams in procurement, supply chain, legal, and HR to ensure seamless collaboration.</li><li>Transaction Processing: Work with shared services to process transactions efficiently, including intercompany transactions and Global Services requests.</li><li>Management Insight: Support the preparation of Management Review Decks and provide ad hoc project support for operational improvement initiatives and strategic projects.</li></ul>What You'll Analyze and Improve:<ul><li>Dive into complex financial data to empower leadership with valuable insights for strategic evaluation.</li><li>Create engaging financial graphs and charts for compelling presentations.</li><li>Identify and enhance existing financial processes for improved efficiency and clarity.</li><li>Conduct routine audits of internal processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field is required.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on strategic financial analysis.</li><li>A solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling is essential.</li><li>Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.</li><li>Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and the capacity to operate under tight deadlines.</li><li>A problem-solver with a proactive mindset, adept at identifying and addressing financial issues while proposing process improvements.</li><li>A strong influencer, independent thinker with excellent planning and prioritization skills.</li><li>A self-motivated individual, eager to take accountability and adapt to changing environments.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines with precision and quality.</li><li>Prior experience with SAP, TM1, and Bravo is preferred.</li></ul>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
