Associate Marketing Manager - CRM Strategy
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will help develop and execute strategies that fuel business results and growth, drive relevance, and create more meaningful relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs, translating these requirements into innovative marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of campaigns, and analyzing performance for optimization. The Associate Manager, CRM Strategy will support the execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, Notification Center and/or Text, including making recommendations on how to improve performance. You are a strategist with strong leadership skills, capable of leading projects, analyzing campaign performance, building relationships, and creating innovative solutions, while effectively communicating with both your team and stakeholders.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do- Support the execution of CRM campaigns across touchpoints: Email, Text, Push, Notification Center
- Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer relevance.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize initiatives accordingly.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into strategies, ensuring seamless campaign execution
- Assist in developing and executing testing strategies to improve personalization and engagement in customer touchpoints
Basic qualifications- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Robust knowledge of integrated marketing strategy development
- Strong collaboration, presentation and communication skills
Preferred qualifications- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in CRM strategy, retention, or related roles
- Experience in deriving insights from data and story telling
